The Community Response Assistant will play a key role in expanding our community response approach to supporting older people throughout Wales.
The role presents a unique opportunity to deliver a responsive and person-centred approach to tackling and preventing the financial/economic abuse of older people.
Location: Home-based - able to travel across Wales occasionally
Salary - £19,425 per annum
Hours of work: 35 hours Monday to Friday.

Community Response Coordinator - Wales
The Community Response Coordinator will play a key role in shaping Hourglass’s response to meeting the needs of the vulnerable older population and their communities across Wales.
Collaborating with our frontline services and other internal departments the post-holder will lead a team of community response staff and volunteers providing oversight of their caseloads, as well as shaping new programmes delivering support from prevention right through to recovery.
Location - Home-based with the requirement to travel across Wales on occasions.
Salary - £27,300 per annum
Hours of work: 35 hours per week to be undertaken between Monday and Friday 9am to 5pm (with some occasional out-of-hours duties).

Gan gydweithio gyda’n gwasanaethau rheng flaen ac adrannau mewnol eraill, bydd deiliad y swydd yn arwain tîm o staff a gwirfoddolwyr ymateb cymunedol gan gadw trosolwg o’u llwyth achosion, yn ogystal â siapio rhaglenni newydd sy’n darparu cymorth o atal i adfer.
